NDA Required: Restricts vendor document access until a signed NDA is uploaded and approved by the owner.
Vendor Anonymization: Conceals vendor names from evaluators to eliminate bias during scoring.
Confidential: Limits sourcing visibility to the owner and selected committee.

Terengganu Silica — vendor & staff portal

No vendor account yet? Vendor accounts are invite-only. When a Terengganu Silica staff adds you to a sourcing request, you receive an email with a secure link. Click it, set your password, and your account is created. There is no public sign-up page — this is deliberate, to protect tender confidentiality.
